Em and Han: Em and Han do the Hever Castle Olympic Distance Triathlon!!

On September 29th Hannah and Emma are competing in the Hever Castle Olympic distance Triathlon!!

They will swim 1500m, cycle 40km and run 10km, all before most folk are out of bed on a Sunday morning!

Whilst this may not be the first endurance event either of us have done (yes, you may remember being asked nicely for DoNation sponsorship for a couple of marathons in the past), it is Hannah's first ever triathlon and Emma's first triathlon recovering from a sprained ankle (eek). So it's not going to be easy...

With less than one month to go we could really do with support from friends and family to help us get through the last few weeks of training, and inspire us as we crawl out of our tents on the morning of Sunday 29th September, pull on our wetsuits, goggles and swim caps, and dive into what's likely to be a rather chilly lake (attractive eh?).

So we would love your support, not in the form of monetary contributions but by pledging to undertake a DoAction that will help to save carbon emissions and reduce your impact on the environment and on climate change! Small actions by everyone = big difference!
