On the evening of 20th July, a team of Doers will be joining 1,500 cyclists on London Fields to ride 120 miles to Dunwich on the Suffolk coast. Overnight.

Keeping your sleep-deprived legs pedaling for 10 hours straight requires some serious motivation – and that’s where you come in.

These riders need your support (but not your money!), here’s how:

1. Find the rider you want to support in the list below, click on their link

2. Chose from the menu of simple ‘DoActions’ (like cycling to work, eating local seasonal food, or switching to a green electricity supplier) and make a pledge for them.

3. Do it - and see how all your small actions add up to match their crazy challenge!
