On 28th & 29th September, a team of Doers are challenging themselves to Do the Hever Castle triathlon.

They’ll be swimming through the castle’s moat, cycling up and down the High Weald of Kent, and running around the castle grounds.

Not a challenge for the faint-hearted, these Doers need your support (but not your money!) Here’s how you can help:

1. Find the person you want to support in the list below, click on their link

2. Chose from the menu of simple ‘Do Actions’ (like cycling to work, eating local seasonal food, or switching to a green energy supplier) and make a pledge for them.

3. Do it - and see how all your small actions add up to match their olympic sporting efforts!
